What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal. If you\'re still living in the dark ages and are without a credit card and would like to pay via check, cash, or money order, feel free to contact us at email@example.com for info on alternate payment methods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! You will see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you have any questions during the checkout process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes or duty imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with t-shirtsthatsuck, and you will be required to pay them upon receipt of your package.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes! We ship all of our ridiculous products via the United States Postal Service. Customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. We offer several flat-rate shipping options, and the price increases as delivery times decrease. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.
Can I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.
What brand of t-shirts do you use?
Unless otherwise noted, we print exclusively on American Apparel t-shirts…they are a little more expensive but with most things you truly get what you pay for. They are super soft cotton and will immediately become your favorite tee…they are also made in the U.S.A.!
What size do I need?
Our t-shirts are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. For an accurate detail see the following size charts:

I received the wrong or damaged t-shirt.
If you received the wrong t-shirt or the t-shirt we sent is damaged please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details pertaining to the order.
What is your return policy?
Unworn/unwashed t-shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The invoice you received with your order has the instructions for an exchange on the back. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can let you know how to exchange your t-shirt.
I have a truly sucky idea for a t-shirt and want to make $$$ selling it to you!
If you have a good shirt idea, send it to us at email@example.com,. If we deem it sucky enough and decide to print it we\'ll pay you $150 and give you a free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Original ideas only!

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to add an item, please email us at email@example.com and let us know. If your order has not yet been shipped we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number and/or the name the order was placed with and what you want to change with your order.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your t-shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our t-shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size or color of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock items. We will usually get the t-shirt restocked within 5 days. Often our new shirts are not yet in stock and they are usually discounted for those pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 5-7 days. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the t-shirts are in stock.
Do you sell wholesale t-shirts?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at email@example.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and your employer ID number.
I look great in a t-shirt…do you ever hire models/spokepeople?
We are always on the lookout for new people to sport our gear. If you are interested, please send us a few pics of yourself to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include and any info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. Try to be original…bonus points for pics in exotic locales…Eiffel tower, Great Wall of China, or your local denny’s at 2 am are good examples. You don’t need to be a professional photographer, in fact we prefer impromptu shots of you hanging out, striking a ridiculous pose or enjoying that late night grand slam.
